Fiber laser engraver STJ-30FM is used to etch colors on stainless steel, titanium, chromium, as well as custom metal rings & bracelets with rotary attachment.
In most cases, ordinary fiber laser marking machines can only mark white, black, and gray. In practical applications, they cannot print colorful marks like inkjet printers. To meet the needs of color engraving, a new laser source was launched - MOPA.
The pulse width of MOPA laser M1 is 4-200ns, the pulse width of M6 is 2-200ns, while the pulse width of ordinary laser sources is 118-126ns, and the pulse width of MOPA laser can be adjusted in a wider range.
In this case, it can provide controllable and precise heat injection to stainless steel, chromium, titanium and other metal materials through laser pulse irradiation, thereby producing colorful oxides. Therefore, lasers can be used to make a certain area of the metal surface have different colors to create color markers.
STJ-30FM is a fiber laser engraver with 30W MOPA laser source for color engraving on stainless steel, chromium, titanium, as well as rotary engraving on rings, bracelets, cups, mugs, and some cylinders.
• Using MOPA laser, the pulse width and frequency are independently adjustable, the pulse frequency range is wide, the beam quality is good, and the peak power is high.
• STJ-30FM is suitable for fine engraving of metal and non-metal materials, which is especially advantageous for marking high hardness, high melting point, and brittle materials.

I have wanted this engraver and Im so excited I finally got it. Its worth the money. Its the best decision I have made. A variety of materials can be used with this fiber laser. What I have to praise is that it can engrave colorful patterns and texts on stainless steel. In additional, with the rotary attachment, it can engrave rings and cups, as well as some cylinders.
