This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which STYLECNC Laser provides warranty coverage for the laser machines and/or parts manufactured and sold by us. As the world's leading CNC laser machine manufacturer and brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This warranty policy applies to all new laser cutters, engravers, etchers, markers, welders, cleaners, parts and accessories manufactured and sold by STYLECNC Laser. The warranty coverage described herein is applicable only to the original purchaser of the laser machines and/or parts and is non-transferable.
Laser Machines
STYLECNC Laser warrants that the new laser machines and/or parts, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years (Up to three-year limited warranty is available for fiber laser cutters) from the original date of delivery by the customer.
Laser Parts and Accessories
Certain laser parts and accessories may have separate warranty coverage. The warranty coverage for such parts and accessories will be specified in the machine documentation or any accompanying materials. For example, the laser generators or laser tubes whether with a machine or as an accessory are warranted for one year. The focusing lenses are warranted for six months.
Repair or Replacement
In the event that a laser machine fails to conform to the warranty coverage during the warranty period, STYLECNC Laser will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective machine or its parts and accessories free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the nature and extent of the defect, and the feasibility of the remedy.
Return of Defective Laser Machines/Parts
Before returning any defective laser machines/parts to STYLECNC Laser, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned item. STYLECNC Laser reserves the right to refuse any return without a valid RMA number.
Shipping Costs
In the event of receipt of an incorrect laser machine and/or part, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part. STYLECNC Laser is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong laser machine or part, it didn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
STYLECNC Laser will bear the costs of shipping the repaired or replacement laser machines and/or parts back to the customer, within the original country of purchase.
Repair or Replacement Timeframe
STYLECNC Laser will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the defective laser machine and/or part within a reasonable period of time. However, the repair or replacement timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the defect, availability of parts, and other factors beyond STYLECNC Laser's control.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer or any third party.
• Improper installation, maintenance, or repair not performed by authorized company representatives.
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the laser machine and/or part.
• Natural disasters, accidents, fire, or any other external causes beyond STYLECNC Laser's control.
Consequential and Incidental Damages
STYLECNC Laser shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the laser machine and/or part, even if STYLECNC Laser has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.
Except as expressly stated in this policy, STYLECNC Laser disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To maintain the warranty coverage, the customer must:
• Follow the laser machine's user manual, guidelines, and instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Notify STYLECNC Laser promptly of any potential defects or issues encountered with the laser machine and/or part during the warranty period.
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the laser machine and/or part, including proof of purchase, when seeking warranty services.
• Allow authorized company representatives reasonable access to the laser machines/parts for inspection, repair, or replacement purposes.
This warranty policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and STYLECNC Laser regarding the warranty coverage for the laser machines/parts and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
