However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange your purchase. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning laser machines and/or parts to STYLECNC Laser. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. STYLECNC Laser guarantees you a 30-day return window to evaluate your purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your laser machine(s) and/or part(s) to request a return.
• Only laser machines and/or parts purchased directly from STYLECNC Laser are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for their return policies and procedures.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or promotional items that came with the product.
• To return any product you must email or call our customer service team prior to shipping for approval.
Any laser machines and/or parts returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should meet the following criteria:
• There are workmanship and manufacturing defects in the laser machines and/or parts.
• Laser machine(s) and/or part(s) damage by the carrier or an error on our part.
• Received laser machine(s) and/or part(s) with incorrect style, size or color.
• Unused laser machines and/or parts that haven't met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
The following items are non-returnable:
• No refund will be granted for the laser machines and/or parts that have been damaged by the customer or tampered with in any way that jeopardizes STYLECNC Laser's ability to re-market or resell the item.
• Consumable or disposable items, such as laser lenses, nozzles, filters, and other similar items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
• Customized or personalized laser machines, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Laser machines and/or parts not purchased directly from STYLECNC Laser.
• If you believe your product is eligible for a return, please contact us. You can reach our customer service team via email at info@stylecnclaser.com.
• Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
• To ensure a smooth return process, please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
• Once we receive the returned laser machines and/or parts, our customer service team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
• If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned laser machines and/or parts.
• The refunds will be issued using the original payment method. After receiving your returns, the refunds will be transferred to your account if there is no any damage to the product.
• If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be credited within 2 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
• In the event of receipt of an incorrect laser machine and/or part, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part. STYLECNC Laser is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.
• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong laser machine and/or part, it didn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
