STJ-50F-CCD fiber laser marking machine adopts CCD camera positioning system to guide the laser for engraving, and the positioning is accurate. The parts to be marked can be placed at will. • The coaxial CCD camera has a large imaging field of view, suitable for marking any flat product. You can choose static or flight guided laser marking to meet different needs of customers.
• STJ-50F-CCD can be controlled by the guide rail to realize splicing and marking of large-format products, which is suitable for most products.
• Marking characters can be recognized (OCR), compared with barcode and QR code recognition, it can be connected to the MES system through network port or serial port communication.
• The software is independently developed and supports non-standard customization. XYZ axes can be added and inserted into various assembly lines according to actual product characteristics. It can also be connected with a vibrating plate and an automatic feeder to realize fully automatic visual positioning and marking.
• The user-friendly panel interface and one-key calibration function make the operation easier and clearer, and it is easy for beginners to get started.
